- Pour 16oz. of plain water into a tall glass
- Add one level scoop (2 level tsp) of Acidgone® on top and stir briskly. After initial stirring, break up any powder clumps and stir briskly again.

It is recommended that you drink the Acidgone smoothies immediately after it is mixed within approximately 15 minutes. Acidgone smoothies thicken with time. Must drink additional 1-2 cups of water immediately afterwards to avoid constipation. If you have diarrhea, drink the additional water 1 1/2 to 2 hours afterwards. If you have acid reflux/heartburn, avoid using acidic juices such as citrus juices.
These Acidgone smoothie recipes are just guidelines. People have different taste preferences. You may be creative by mixing with different fruits, fruit juices, vegetables or vegetable
juices. However, you should avoid mixing Acidgone with hot water, milk, dairy products,
protein powders or nut butters. Mixing with these unapproved ingredients by Essential
Life Supplements may cause severe constipation or bowel obstruction. While these smoothie recipes are quite palatable, they are not gourmet drinks. You must take into consideration the

Add
12 oz (360 cc) of water, one whole small banana (or 1/2 of a large banana), ½
of an apple, ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries with strawberries, blueberries,

How long does it take for Acidgone® to work?
We are often asked how long it takes for Acidgone to work, and unfortunately there is no simple answer to this question. What we can say is that it is different for everyone due to several factors including diet, lifestyle, and prescription medications for existing issues.
People are often in so much pain that they want immediate relief from their symptoms and get disappointed when it doesn’t happen. Just as it normally takes time for issues in our bodies to develop, so too does it take time to heal them. When symptoms appear seemingly out of nowhere, we often dismiss the possibility that they may have gone untreated or undiagnosed for a long time before showing up. If you are compelled to try Acidgone® hoping for immediate relief, you may be disappointed. While some people do experience relief within several days taking the product twice per day, we don’t advertise that it will work that fast for everyone.
Think of it this way. If you decided to eat healthier and exercise with the goal of losing 20lbs, would you expect it to happen within a day or two? How about a week? Probably not.
